Coronavirus Update – Bank open for appointments

As the UK government continue to relax measures brought in to reduce the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic, we are now happy to be able to open up the bank once more on a limited basis for appointment only face to face meetings with you, our loyal and most valued customers.

Before we are able to open the banking hall fully we are inviting any customers that require a face to face meeting to book appointments with the appropriate department / officer. Please see the contact email addresses below for our Corporate Banking Team and Banking Services Team and also our main switchboard number for you should you wish to call the bank to speak to either department.

Please note we unfortunately cannot accept walk-in customers yet so please ensure you have an appointment before you visit.

As per our communication to all customers in November 2020 Union Bank no longer provides any cash services. Access to your money is still available via bank to bank transfer and via our Debit Card.
